About
What is GOODTALK?
GOOD TALK is a non-for-profit organisation that raises awareness and funds for Bipolar research.
GOODTALK was named in memory of a much loved son, brother, colleague and mate Graeme "Reidy" Reid who lost his life to Suicide after years of struggling with Bipolar Disorder.
Bipolar disorder causes extreme mood swings varying from chaotic exuberance of mania to severe depression and affects one in seventy Australians.
All monies raised by GOODTALK is be donated to the Bipolar Disorders Unit at the School of Psychiatry of University of New South Wales research program "Bipolar Kids and Sibs" run by Professor Philip Mitchell, Director Bipolar Disorders Clinic.

WHY "GOODTALK"
Since Graeme couldn't resist injecting his favourite phrase into every conversation, we decided to name the foundation GOOD TALK. It was our way to honour his playful spirit and continue this memory of him on!
